Meursault
"Les Criots"

The nose is marked with very delicate mineral aromas, with white flowers and a touch of oak.
The balance on the palate is noteworthy, with the whole being linear and powerful.

VITICULTURE

Sustainable agriculture.
Soil tillage.
Green harvest.
Harvested by hand.

VINIFICATION

Pneumatic pressing, temperature controlled.
Alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations in barrel.
Aged in French oak (50% new) and in tanks.
Bottled after 12 months.

AGING AND SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS

It would be a shame to drink too young, as it will open well after 2 years and will stay lovely for about 10 years.
Best served at cellar temperature (12 to 14°C).

PAIRING

This wine goes very well with fish and light meats.
