Alain Gras has been working passionately since 1979 in the respect of the land. An exceptional land with its location on top of a hill, which benefits from a clay and limestone soil which forces the vineyard roots to go deeper into the rock to get all the element it needs.
This very typical soil gives our grape all its elegance, its coolness and its mineral taste.
